TIMING...SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE ALONG THE SOUTH AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COAST LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND REACH THE NORTH COAST BY EARLY THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO EASE LATE TONIGHT OR EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. WINDS...SOUTH WINDS 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH.
