If you only listen to one hour of my radio show for the rest of your life, make it the final hour of todays program, Sean said on Wednesday. I want you to hear the story of Kathy Shelton."
In 1975, a then 12-year-old Shelton was allegedly lured into a car and violently beaten and raped by a 41-year-old factory worker, Thomas Alfred Taylor. Her injuries were so severe that Shelton spent five days in a coma, and, when she awoke, doctors told her there was a 99 percent she would be unable to have children due to the severity of her injuries.
At the request of the defendant, a female attorney was brought in to represent Taylor in the case. That attorney was a then-27 year old Hillary Rodham...

Some here have defended Clinton for "doing her job".
This is a terrible statement. I would expect it on liberal sites. We deserve to know the real truth here. Hillary committed a serious CRIME in this case. She was not merely "zealously defending" her client.
Not only did Hillary do everything in her power to put this little girl through more hell, after having been brutally gang raped and beaten by a middle-aged man and a teenage boy, sending her into a coma for five days, but Hillary DESTROYED the physical evidence that was iron clad proof that her client was guilty !!!
And Hillary not only laughed about the lie detector. She also laughed about the "missing" evidence.
Tired of hearing last minute claims against Trump when the Clinton mafia has been raping and protecting rapists since way before the couple entered politics. These aren't last minute accusations that suddenly and conveniently popped up just before a major election.
What kind of court put such evidence in Hillary’s custody? This sounds odd, unusual.
The 41-year-old drifter served less than a year in prison
The plea came ‘after’ Clinton was able to block the admission of forensic evidence that linked her client to the crime
That’s different from “destroying” it. We should complain about courts that permit such arguments.
God would ask you who put you on His advisory committee.
Destruction of evidence is Clinton’s specialty.
Destruction of evidence - and then laughing about it.
She truly is evil.
Clinton accused Shelton of ‘seeking out older men’ in the case and demanded that she undergo a grueling court-ordered psychiatric examination .....( order shown back thread).
On the audiotape, Clinton indicated that she believed Taylor, her client, was guilty, saying that his ability to pass a lie detector test ‘forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs’.
Can “grueling” be documented?
This sounds like any aggressive attorney using what the courts allowed. The problem came afterward when she mocked, which was unnecessary and gratuitous. Today now we have crimes for which certain avenues of investigation of truth are too politically correct to examine.
Again... how did evidence come into her custody, and who let it happen?
We get problems when anything is too sympathetic to place before the lamp of truth. There is no logic as to what cause gets gored when that happens.
There were two rapists; one was a juvenile, and Hillary defended the other one.
The girl had been raped by both of them, and then run away, collapsing on someone's porch; when they turned on the light, the rapists fled, and the girl lost consciousness. She was in a coma for 4 or 5 days.
The evidence (stained underwear taken from the 12-year-old girl) was sent to the Crime Lab for analysis. They cut away a stained section of the underwear and tested it: the blood on the section matched the girl, and DNA (I presume semen) matched the accused.
Hillary asked for the underwear to do an independent forensic test; they gave her the swatch and the rest of the underwear, and she sent it to her lab. When it came back, the swatch with biological markers had disappeared, and the analysis said 'they couldn't find anything'.
Armed with the missing evidence, Hillary got her client a plea deal.
He was sentenced to time served.
TWO MONTHS.
For raping a 12-year-old girl into a coma.
At the direct PERSONAL involvement of Hillary.
This was in 1975, the same year she married Bill -- so it wasn't a political smear.
But remember, Trump said p*ssy.
Whoever put the evidence in Hillary’s custody erred. That is a systemic integrity problem that needs to be ironed out independently. Maybe she arranged for it to be lost, maybe it just fortuitously did get lost, but the court’s reaction should have been too bad, you had the chance, you threw it away, we’ll use the main test.
Hillary wrote in her biography that she ‘successfully cast doubt on the evidentiary value of semen and blood samples the prosecutor claimed proved the defendant’s guilt in the rape.’
She’s patting herself on the back for what, at best, was “luck.” But there was a severe ethical problem with what the court did, and why was the prosecution asleep to it?
OK fine, if this was untrue, where did the prosecution get off being asleep to this? Why did the court not care? This was not supposed to be a one-ring circus.
