Full title:

"Trump's grass-roots supporters line up to defend him, accuse political elite of exploiting the controversy"

At a GOP fundraiser in this picturesque swath of southeastern Wisconsin, Donald Trump was supposed to join the state’s popular congressman, House Speaker Paul D. Ryan, for their first joint campaign event Saturday.

But Ryan, the nation’s highest-ranking Republican who has struggled to embrace Trump’s candidacy, rescinded the invitation after a recording emerged of the businessman making vulgar comments about groping women.

When Ryan took the stage to speak Saturday, shock and anger over the incident was still palpable. But to Ryan’s disappointment, it was mostly directed at him.

You assume Ryan is a man. Only his urologist knows for sure.

Bill is not running for president why should Trump talk of his doings?

Hillary is so emotionally rigid from her decades of evil, it would not phase her if Trump brings up lewinsky.

We waste time trying to fight Hillary with anything that is not directly her weakness, fault, past action, words etc

True measure of friend is are they there when you are in difficulty?

Trump wasn't in any difficulty until the same GOP establishment that's been kneecapping him this whole time decided to make an issue out of it. Trump talks like a frat boy. Big deal. We already knew that. He apologized and moved on. And then along comes Ryan and the rest of the GOP, clutching their pearls and running to their fainting couches, and now it's all we're talking about.

I too think this is what he should do. However, his twitter activity this AM indicates quite the opposite. Rope a dope perhaps?

I have been thinking the same thing. You know Hillary has been rehearsing her come-back lines for a couple days now. What if Trump doesn't give her the opportunity to use them? She will have to struggle to keep up.

Her attacking of Bill's doings was HER doings. If an 11 year old, one time quote is on the table, then her decade of continuous attacks on rape victims is on the table. Bill raped. She the piled on the victims and then became the ultimate hypocrite in saying that "Rape victims deserve to be believed."

That is why Trump should talk of it if she and the MSM are stupid enough to bring it up.

Sorry ladies, any guy that says he has never engaged in a conversation similar to the one Trump was recorded saying is, unless he is blind and deaf - or possibly a homosexual - simply lying.

You’ve all been ogled, mentally undressed and fantasied about many, many, many times. The only way that is not true is is you are so incredible loathsome and even then - guys would ask each other - “Can you imagine doing her?” The vast majority of the time it stops there. Sometimes, it got you asked out for a date.

They might not have used the words Trump used or been quite so explicit but every man, at sometime, to some degree has done this.

This isn’t a scandal. It’s biology.

The establishment have looked for any excuse to get Trump off the ticket ever since he embarrassed them by winning the nomination.

Ryan and Cruz are getting a taste of reality - traitors can be unmasked and suffer the consequences. There are a few “Republicans” I am prepared to wage war against via “punditry” and cash donations to their opponents.

I’m thinking that instead Trump pivots to the high road and states that the American people are tired of this sort of gutter politics designed only to protect the political elite and their corporatists like Goldman Sachs.

We may be a minority here, but I agree that's what Trump should do.

There's plenty of opportunity outside the debate for Trump to push back against the personal attacks. Better yet, he should let his prominent supporters do it.

At this point, his best bet is to recruit the real victims of Bill and Hillary Clinton: Kathy Shelton, Paula Jones, Kathleen Willey, etc. and give them a platform to tell their story.

Schedule an interview, and post it on YouTube. It will go viral right away. Put the highlights in a TV ad, and show it nationwide, along with a link to where they can watch the full interview for more information.

The reason Hillary is vulnerable is because she not only defended Bill, she attacked the women that dared accuse Bill of sexual assault.

*****************

Because Hillary was an enabler for her husband’s serial philandering AND she was directly involved in trashing the women he was involved with and/or abusing. She was not an innocent bystander or victim.

BC’s lewd acts with ML were far more disgusting than anything Trump may have said.

We stay with Trump and his, at times, outlandish behavior or we put into office a couple who would sell the country’s soul to the devil and/or rape the country until it succumbed to the abuse.

Gee! decisions....

Mr. Trump, still exclaiming: BEST ELECTION EVER!! The entertainment value alone is one for the record books.

TRUMP is the name of the game and the rats normally play the game of Hearts (FEEEEELINgs the Albert Morris recording comes to mind)

GO TRUMP!!

Ryan in effect has endorsed Hillary Clinton. He calls himself conservative because that is the only way to be elected in his district. He is an Arlen Specter. He has voted consistently to back Obama’s spending program. If Trump is elected a lot of things will be revealed. There would even be some prominent Republicans going to jail. Trump’s opponents’ outrage is synthetic. They were looking for any excuse to oppose Trump. Bill Clinton committed perjury. That is an established fact. It may be brought up by the “moderators” (those media clowns selected by the “bipartisan” committee composed of Democrats and people like Paul Ryan.) This article is a good example of what Trump is up against. The author, Seema Mehta, is either stupid or dishonest. “His description of a Mexican American judge as incapable of judging a case fairly because of his heritage.” Trump did not oppose this judge because he was Mexican. He opposed him because he is biased as illustrated by his membership in La Rasa.

Whatever feelings of discomfort people with Trump’s remarks

This is a suprisingly good article with a good analysis of what is happening.

For instance: "Ryan focused on ... his six-point congressional agenda called 'A Better Way.' But the hecklers would not relent].

Oh that does it. This B-D two-faced sell-out Congresscritter who passed Obama's budget without so much as a puppy-whimper, is now offering his own six-point plan. We just do not want to know.
