We have to be firm against this type of attack. Look for more October surprises. It is interesting that they haven’t been able to find women or minorities who worked for Trump to say bad things about him.
They are digging none stop 24/7 for dirt. And so far nothing has stuck.
Anybody who thinks any of the other candidates could have survived the DEM/Media slime machine, you are kidding yourself.
Trump can survive this and go on to win if he can pivot and make the debate and the subsequent campaign about saving America. . . Trump must show himself an acceptable vessel for our hopes and dreams, the only available vessel to save the country. In other words, he must look presidential and overcome this self dealt image. He dare not become defensive, he must project gravitas. He has to do that even at the cost of winning points. If he does that he can win the election.
Just had this thought, a little off the wall, but I'll write it anyway: Just had this imagery of all of us crowded in Higgins boats on the way to the beach and when the front drops down, that's when our local precinct polling place opens on Nov 8. We have to Hit the Voting Booths in a Charge! I have the feeling the whole nation is just wound up tighter than a drum and just can't wait to vote. Hope so. We'll see. .

If Pence ends up heading this ticket, as some have proposed, or the 2020 ticket, does anyone doubt that the media guns will go after him with both barrels? If he can’t show full-throated support to Trump now he has no political future. Period.

Pence appears to be a good man, but he's not exactly dynamic. He's there to reassure those who weren't exactly Trump fans. In that role, he's the perfect Vice Presidential candidate. But, some of the policies he's supported in the past lead me to believe that he could be just another open borders guy if elected President.
