They appear to be doing the same thing in San Joaquin County, California, North East of Stockton. The Federal Government has purchased some farmland there surreptitiously claiming they are going to build “Farm labor housing” but the farm labor housing in the county is already 50% vacant. The government hints that there will be housing for either 13 families or 160 or more singles. Behind the scenes, it is reported it will be a camp for refugee Syrian men. Everything is being fast tracked. . . and normal local zoning limitation is being bypassed because it is Federal.

Judicial Watch released 128 pages of documents it obtained from the mayor of Rutland, Vermont, showing a concerted effort by the mayor and a number of private organizations to conceal from the public their plans to resettle 100 Syrian refugees into the small southern Vermont town. The documents include an April 14, 2016, email from Amila Merdzanovic, executive director of the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program, to Mayor Christopher Louras (emphasizing the govt secrecy).

The Bank Secrecy Act should be mobilized----to follow the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program paper trail, including official govt documents, and determine how govt tax dollars changed hands; to determine the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals and who might be personally profiting.
