About 200 pages of messages released Wednesday show staff at each organization working together to plan events hosting foundation donors, determine talking points, and maintain good donor relations.

My theory is that Obama is such a dope that the Clintons set up a “shadow government” to oversee U.S. foreign policy and military affairs outside the scrutiny of the White House.
