Therefore, Ohio needs to IGNORE the Fed ruling and PROCEED accordingly. NULLIFY the Feds. STATES rights. Here’s hoping they do just that!

Not exactly. According to the articles on the thread below, it is unclear if they can get the names on the rolls before the election.
Absentee requests have already been sent and Husted said he wasn’t sure if it would include the inactive voters and dead voters or just inactive one.

When the DOJ gets involved it could be assumed there was pressure applied.
