A cellphone camera video made by the wife of Keith L. Scott before he was fatally shot by police here shows the moments before and after the incident, including the wife’s pleas to her husband to get out of his truck, and her pleas to the police not to shoot him.
But the video, which was given to the Times by attorneys for the family Friday, does not include a view of the shooting itself. Nor does it answer the crucial question of whether Mr. Scott had a gun, as the police have maintained.

“Don’t do it!” Read a book? Shows they lied immediately. Wanted to hit the cop shooting lotto.
“Drop the gun!” over and over and over. That’s no quick trigger officer. They don’t have to wait for actual pointing and firing at them to shoot. Gun can go up in less than a second and he was clearly warned. Looks like a good shooting.
She lied repeatedly to the officers that he had no weapon, he had no gun.
All the while the cops were yelling at him over and over and over again to “drop the gun.”

Dindo’s don’t live by normal rules. The struggle between cultures seems to be getting epic.
His commentary, of course, is biased in favor of Keith Scott and his wife....with thinly-veiled hints that the gun was a "drop" by one of the cops.

I thought that was good grammar. Rakeyia was Scott’s wife on Tuesday afternoon, and his widow by Tuesday evening.

I think she was yelling for keith not to shoot.
She doesn't start saying that until after the police tell Keith to get out of the car.
I think if we are going to be objective about this, it looks like she is telling him not to get out of the car.
Now, this video provides nothing visual about whether he had a gun or not (aside from multiple officers telling him to drop the gun), and what he might have been doing with it and why he was refusing to obey orders by police with their weapons drawn.
