Tulsa County DA: Charges of manslaughter in 1st degree will be filed against Officer Betty Shelby.
Well, this certainly points to it not being a righteous shoot.
Wow. Nothing is ever good enough for the black supremacists though.
I hope this was done based on evidence and not out of PC or fear of riots.
It looked to me to be a small female in over her head rather than white on black racism.

Haven’t been any riots in Tulsa over this and the shooting was last Friday.
This was an open and shut case.

From what I know about the case, this is about the correct level of charge which should be applied.
We'll just have to wait and see.
There's an election going on and there are many who will do anything to upset President Trump's victory.
Since there was reason to believe the car was a bomb, this charge is moot as he disobeyed orders and went to the vehicle and attempted to open the door.
I’d bet this is a PC bs charge for appeasement.
I watched the chopper video a few times. The guy started walking away slowly toward his vehicle with his hands up, apparently disregarding police orders to stop. When he reached his vehicle his hands went down toward the driver side window or door.
Disabling the guy the second he did that was justified, in my opinion. But, killing him is harder to justify.

“When Shelby approached the car, the doors were closed, and the windows were open, Wood said.”

She may be guilty. Or Tulsa is simply taking the easy way out to hopefully prevent riots.

Actually, I feel a little sorry for her - I suspect she got scared and adrenaline took over.
