This past week the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) pulled all championship events out of North Carolina for the 2016-2017 season simply because that state passed a law, known as HB 2, which requires men and women to use the restroom or locker room corresponding to the gender on their birth certificate. In essence, the North Carolina legislature said men use the men's room and ladies use the ladies room.
By doing this, North Carolina was simply protecting women and children from sexual predators and voyeurs.
Along with punishing North Carolina, the NCAA is forcing all potential championship host sites to fill out an "Anti-Discrimination Policy" questionnaire that assures men have access to female bathroom facilities. Question number six from the policy reads, "...does your institution have provisions that interfere with any person's choice of bathroom or locker room?"
This means that if a college or institution does not allow men and women to share the same restroom or locker room, the NCAA will not allow them to host a championship event. Even more restricting, if the city or state law in which the college is located does not allow men access to the same facility as little girls, then the NCAA can deny the college the chance of hosting a championship event.
The NCAA is using its influence to make sure men can use the same restroom or shower as women and girls.
Policies allowing men in ladies locker rooms, courtesy of the NCAA, are coming to a college town near you unless you speak up now!
We urge the NCAA to respect varying state laws and protect women and children by rescinding this dangerous policy and reinstating North Carolina with 2016-2017 championship games.

Mental illness and perversion is to be elevated at all costs. It is primary in priority to the NCAA over the safety of women and children.

I agree. The risk of predators taking advantage of this law is real, but likely insignificant. The very real VIOLATION of the long-standing, naturally understood private spaces of women, while not explicitly illegal, is just as serious.
I have asked myself that question repeatedly. I cannot, for the life of me, understand how it could be such a sacrifice for people to just stop watching and supporting football, basketball, at the cost of at least tacit support for the agenda of perversion and undermining of a healthy culture. I can’t understand how even giving up teevee, period, could be so difficult. How could it have such a tight grip on people’s lives? It seems to be as insidious as any chemical addiction.

Try to get a millenial to voluntarily give up their smartphone for a week. Or a soccer mom To give up DWTS or The Voice prod a week. Or a Freeper...

They better change that to “...corresponding to their DNA says...”. You know the perv’s are going to pass a law requiring BC’s to be gender neutral, and soon.
That’s my plan. I’m an older lady but am also a farm girl. I can push around a 1200 pound stud horse so I think I can handle a perv in the ladies room. Plus Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson are always with me.
