I don’t know I’m not a techie guy. I would never put myself in his position but if someone did what he did they should keep some kind of bargaining material..of course he apparently isn’t too bright, using his own handle and such on a public board asking questions about legally questionable actions...and forgetting for 2 years to delete the emails...maybe a higher power is helping lady justice out?

Outlook creates a PST file by default when you create an email identity. That’s where all the emails are saved, it’s a data file.
They are asking if she saved because you can export (back up) to a PST file from within Outlook. You can then later import the PST file into Outlook and retrieve emails.
That has nothing to do with what Combetta was asking, which is can you alter the envelope of existing emails on exchange server. It seemed to me he was pretending his “very VIP” person was a celebrity type who did not want their email found out, when the reality is Clinton did not want anyone to know about the private server. The first emails turned over were .gov emails.
