According to a recent article in The Bucknellian, students at Bucknell were upset over the lack of attendance at a recent campus event that covered issues of social justice. An event at Bucknell University entitled Conscience, Courage, and Community: Bucknell Responds to Injustice Today was largely underattended, which prompted students to call for future social justice-themed events to be made mandatory by university administrators. These seats wont fill up
Three years and they still arent filled, said Anthony Scrima, voicing his frustrations about the lack of interest in the event.

Freedom means nothing to lefties.
Totalitarians in training...
If anyone was actually upset they would have been at the event
Until the commies set up reeducation camps I ain’t attending
That ought to tell you something Sparky!
It’s another beautiful day in Oceania.
Maybe it is because Anthony Scrima is probably the most boring speaker on the face of the erf! If you cannot fill some seats after three years of trying, it is probably not the attendees fault, but the fault of the speaker.
Invite Milo to bring his Dangerous Faggot tour by.
People will come to that!
Yo Tony! How about equal-opportunity forced education? How about semester of firearms training for all?
Why would anybody in their right mind go and listen to a queer feminist social justice warrior?
Well those upset at the low attendance at this event can take comfort in the fact that indoctrination in such ideas is no doubt already included in politically correct “diversity” course requirements to graduate.
Bucknell is a good school. $$. But all universities permeated with political correctness.
All you have to do is outdo them. Show up as a trisexual dinosaur and dare them to be sauraphobic.

Exactly right. Most schools give little more than a hat-tip to this crap. The events are poorly attended and never mandatory.
My son just went through freshman orientation at Pitt and didn’t have to deal with any of this crap, though there are clubs and groups on campus of this nature.
The way it is worded, “these seats won’t fill up” almost sounds like it is the seats’ fault. Maybe the seats are in cahoots with the guns. These inanimate objects are pretty sly.
They are well on the way to becoming good little totalitarians.
The lesson we learned from the 1960’s is the that wacky dopers, students, anarchists and cop killers of one generation are the college professors, politicians and news media stars of the next.
From the article:
Interestingly, Breitbart Tech editor Milo Yiannopoulos event filled an auditorium at Bucknell back in February, and over 50 students had to be turned away at the door.
I am not sure who said it but there is a quote about living under Leftism; what is not prohibited is mandatory.
if you’ve seen the attendance at their football games, it might help to make going to the stadium on game day mandatory as well...
hey, at least it’s more fun than listening to a bevy of hectoring harpies...
“freshman orientation at Pitt and didnt have to deal with any of this crap”
I find that hard to believe in today’s world. My freshman orientation was in 1986 and there was some p.c. crap thrown in even back then. Pitt would have to be an outlier.
The way it is worded, these seats wont fill up almost sounds like it is the seats fault.
poor Anthony can’t see the forest for the trees...those aren’t empty seats; they’re attendees disguised as empty seats...
