Wasn’t there a push a few years back against the coconut growers in the Pacific because they were cutting down forests to plant more palms, endangering orangutans or some such thing? So when the eco people attacked it the government came up with studies to back up the eco people’s new cause : banning coconut products - like Rush Limbaugh’s beloved coconut oil- that were deemed taboo and unhealthy?
