From what I saw....if you look closely at the hand of the
nurse guiding Ms Clinton off the curb, you will see her hand flick something,just before the item hits the ground. Yes it hit Hillary’s cuff, but fell out. Do not focus on the item, focus on her hand and you will see her throw the item.
On the player I saw it was at the 19 second mark. Look closely.
