The former agent noted that it is against Secret Service protocol for the protected individual to wait for a car to arrive. Hey, they didn't have a lot of choice in the matter.
It was either have her wait standing up, or have her wait sprawled out on the sidewalk.
They didn't plan for her to collapse.
Doc Occ didn't have a handy syringe to jab into her for this particular problem.

Left her news conference early yesterday do to a coughing attack and now had to leave the 911 Memorial do to a “feinting” spell. She is in terrible health.

Also, one of the biggest "woman" protocols of all were broken. If you see the woman in the photo behind the black Secret Service agent, she is carrying two purses. One of them is Crooked Hillary's.
Correct me if I'm wrong but a woman never gives up her purse to another woman unless the situation is dire.

Secret Service protocols are aimed at protecting this country's leaders from threats.
They are not aimed at dealing with old, sick people who are obviously incapable of doing much more than play bingo.

Protocols work fine until the protectee changes the schedule at the drop of the hat. Looks to me like their response was to set a protective bubble around her. One protocol substituted for another when the plan changed.
From talking with USSS folks this campaign season, it is obvious who they are rooting for.
