Are you fed up with being told America is NOT a Christian Nation?
Here at the Christian Action Network, we are too.
So we're putting together a documentary film that will shame the critics, embarrass the naysayers, and leave revisionist historians speechless.
Yes President Obama! America is, always has been and will forever remain A Christian Nation!
The truth can be found in our short documentary film called: The United States: A Christian Nation.
It's almost complete, but we need a few more dollars to finish the editing, polish the graphics and get it distributed to schools, libraries and churches. We are a non-profit and gifts are tax deductible.
Our film is based on the 1892 U.S. Supreme Court ruling by Justice David Brewer who declared... "This is a Christian Nation."
What was he thinking, this Justice who dared to make such a proclamation from the highest court in the land?
Fortunately, we KNOW exactly what he was thinking because he put it in a book in 1905, called The United States: A Christian Nation.
We've taken select passages from that book and put them to film -- not some drab, dull or sleepy film, but a production that combines lively, exciting visuals with remarkable storytelling to re-introduce his words to a 21st century audience.
And what has America stood for as a Christian Nation?
Justice Brewer has the answer: It has stood for liberty and the rights of man.
We must never forget our roots or our remarkable Christian history, and we must remain faithful to keeping The United States: A Christian Nation.

AMERICA - ONE NATION UNDER GOD!
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord. Psalm 33:12
I would love to see the definition, of Christian, used to justify such a statement.
I hope that is one of the first things President Trump reminds the world.
To erase what that POS said about the US being a muslim country when he was first in office.
Is this Glenn Beck’s another attempt at Hollywood?
What was their definition of “Christian?”Not required...the Founders many times over said we were and spoke to our nation as a Christian and only had the differences of theology as an issue at times but not that each was not a Christian. Yes, they had their own definitions but again we speak of differences in opinion regarding theological thought and doctrine.
If it was a Christian nation, we wouldn’t have these problems.
Come to think about it, of all the countries with an Islamic Theology foundation, are crumbling and falling apart. THEY SEEK ASYLUM and help from the Christian nations. An oxymoron.
They can say till the cows come home we are a Christian nation, but until we start acting like one again...
It’s mere words...
Why the commas?
Currently a Post-Christian Nation
If the U.S. today was collectively arrested and indicted for being a Christian nation, there wouldn't be enough evidence to convict us.
A Christian is one who confesses with his mouth the Lord Jesus and believes in his heart that God had raised Him from the dead. Or, put another way, to believe ON the Lord Jesus, that is, to accept the gift and make Him your Lord and Savior.
You may be worried about all the heretics and apostates over the past decade or two. A legitimate concern.
But we are still a Christian nation.
Yes, believe every word that HE said, and with faith act on it.
Yes, we are a Christian nation.
Thanks.
If we were a Christian nation, our culture would bare that out. We are not.
“As the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian Religion,-as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion or tranquility of Musselmen,-and as the said States never have entered into any war or act of hostility against any Mehomitan nation, it is declared by the parties that no pretext arising from religious opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries.”-
Treaty of Tripoli, 1797; Twenty-three of the thirty-two sitting Senators were present for the June 7, 1797 vote which unanimously approved the ratification recommendation

I would fail theology 101 if I tried, but want to take a swing at this:
Since there is only one God and Jesus Christ is our savior and Lord - we are all God’s children. Whether or not we choose to accept that is a matter of freewill (given to us by God). Therefore, AMERICA is a CHRISTIAN NATION as the majority of the population believes in God by their own volition.
Personal choice to believe (or not) is the key difference. There is no coercion or force of Government in America to be Christian. We do so, because we want to. Unlike some middle Eastern countries - no one is going to rape, torture, or kill you for not believing ‘correctly’.
I believe those who do not believe cannot escape the fact they are God’s creation. They can believe in whatever they want, but salvation is waiting for them if they believe.
Cause, I like commas almost as much as I like .357 magnum revolvers.
My feelings exactly.
