Well, I don’t blame you for wanting them safe from coyotes and other predators, but these kitties just lounge around in the yard and prowl around their little domain. I just always hope they don’t try to outrun a car or something.

No HQ today. That’ll be tomorrow.

Did everyone get ALL their info to y’all this week so you can do your jobs?

Living in town does help keep the predator threat level down but the car threat would keep me on edge. As long as they behave and stay in the yard, they’re in good shape.
There’s a new cat around here that we wish would stay here all the time but it doesn’t. It goes to Hubby’s cousin’s farm next door and that’s where it can get in trouble. No way to escape coyotes if they spot it in the fields. That’s what happened to the kittehs we’ve lost.
The fretting kittehs put us through. :-)

I know! There is so much that the little stinkers can get into that is harmful! But I wouldn’t make them stay in. They’d be miserable...and so would I. LOL! They are such attention hogs!

Kittehs do seem to have an attention hog gene, don’t they? LOL! Ours take turns coming over to my chair for a little scratching - one leaves, another takes its place. They do the same to Hubby while he’s on his computer.
ROTFL!!! Peaglet hasn’t eaten today and some food was just dropped off. Peaglet tried to eat it by itself but didn’t have much luck. Lady dropped down to help and Peaglet fought her off. Finally gave up and squeed for help and Lady’s feeding him/her now.
Poor young bird went to sleep with an empty crop last night. Glad it’ll have a full one tonight.

Es beginning to get more aggressive, which is as it should be. Trying so hard to be tough.
I’d better go. Gotta be up at 6:30 and I’m gonna be a grumpypuss without much sleep. LOL!

This has not been a good week for getting timesheets in on time or correct. Thank goodness this is the “slow” week. I’ve been working my fingers to the bone to input late timesheets, and making corrections. I finished my homework tonight, and will make final corrections first thing in the morning. Then we will share the working on Cora’s stuff as she is on vacation. We have til noon before posting time. We can still make changes til Friday end of business, but it is twice as hard after posting.

That bird’s been spoiled, being the only chick, and it seems Lady’s decided it’s time to stop. It pulled the aggressive stunt yesterday with her over a fish and she took off with it. And Peaglet went to sleep empty.
No cropzilla this evening but at least there’s food to keep the tummy from grumbling at bedtime.
OUCH!!!!! 6:30????? That’s gotta hurt!!! if you get through your shift without being a grumpypuss, I’ll be impressed. LOL! Hope it’s a short enough day you’ll have time for a nice nap. :-)
Guess I should head out too. Still have cat stuff to deal with before heading to the bat cave.

I had the weeks backwards. Thought this was “hell week” but it sounds like it’s been one any way. Someone needs to have a serious talk with those people about getting the timesheets in on time. There’s just no excuse for it.
At least Cora took her vacation during the “slow” week.
Guess I need to head out since tomorrow’s an early day. Hope you get a good night’s sleep once you get there. See ya tomorrow evening.
