Muslim-American groups are applauding President Barack Obama's nomination of a Washington lawyer to serve in U.S. District Court — a move that could make him the first ever Muslim-American federal judge, according to advocates.
If confirmed, Abid Riaz Qureshi would sit on the District of Columbia's federal bench, the White House announced Tuesday. Qureshi, who graduated Harvard Law School in 1997, is a partner in the D.C. office of Latham & Watkins LLP, specializing in healthcare fraud, securities violations, and cases involving the False Claims Act, according to a White House statement.
"I am confident he will serve the American people with integrity and a steadfast commitment to justice," Obama said.
Muslim-American organizations hailed the historic announcement.

Muslims lie to infidels as they see fit. It’s part of their “acceptable culture”, same a rape of little boys is “acceptable”.
The ONLY solution to non-muslim survival is to purge the country of all muslims, period. Short of this, muslim crime against non-muslims will continue. Sadly, many more people will suffer and die until this is realized and acted upon.
And, it should have been done on September 12, 2001. Think of how many non-muslims might still be alive, had this country’s leaders done this.

No biggee. Nobody’s bones were broken and no one got hisself kilt.
I very rarely post, but before I do I run a search using a title keyword to see if it’s already been posted. In this case, “judge” would be the title keyword.
Unless Donald Trump is elected and he cleans house, I woulds say, inside of ten years. At the longest. Every Nation or Civilization in history that has defeated islam has done it with the sword, not by talking, not by trying to understand them, not by asking them why do they hate us, no by acceptance of them, but by the sword. And it was a no holds barred, no quarter asked or given, knock down and drag out bar room brawl. We are not going to fight them now because as a whole, we are too comfortable. We prefer watching March Madness, Monday Night Football, NASCAR, Dancing With the Stars to doing what is necessary to protect the lives of our families. Now they are exceptions to this but they are few and far between when one considers the whole spectrum. And they are throughly ridiculed by the masses and media and the law will vigorously prosecute them. And last but not least, by the time the muslims get ready to take over, the males who should have been the ones to fight will have been feminized and emasculated to the point that they will only wish to be a member of their [muslim’s] harems. Perhaps a few females will fight, but that is about it.
The only question remaining to be answered is, how many Republicans will vote to confirm him? My thoughts are, if the past is any indication of the future, all of them.
Will he:
1) Implement Sharia Law
OR
2) Be Murdered by Muslims as an Apostate?

Latham & Watkins is known for representing the WORST of the worst...like the Bard Mesh that was implanted into thousands of women and destroyed their lives...it was NEVER tested on humans! FDA does NOT require ‘devices’ to be tested...yes, Latham has fingers in the FDA! Right now this stuff is killing me and many others. I’ve been in depositions with their smarmy lawyers.
Latham & Watkins is also Chertoff’s old firm....the guy who did his best to UNSECURE our borders for Bush and wasted BILLIONS of $$$ doing it.
Given that the Senate has committed literal, Constitutional Treason in plain daylight, I'd wager money on it.
