Why waste Congress’s time with nonsense? Why would the Republican controlled congress consider ANY nominations made by Obama? Because Karl Rove, Charlie Black and the other GOPe consultants tell them they don't want to be seen as obstructionist. Just look how McConnell is always talking about all the things the Senate Republicans have done.
