In the eight counties examined by the study, 41 percent of the death sentences were given to black defendants and 69 percent to minorities overall. What about gender? Overwhelming against men? If so, therefore using this logic, the study is also sexist against men.

The Hahvahds are against death penalties, anyhow, anywhere...no matter how heinous the crimes.
Only uneducated, working class white men are for death penalities.
