"... this guy is a completely different ..."

A new poll shows Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump leading Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

The USC Dornsife/Los Angeles Times Daybreak tracking poll, which tracks Americans’ support for the presidential candidates on a daily basis, showed Trump leading Clinton 44.3 percent to 43.6 percent as of Friday.

The poll, which unlike other polls tracks the same population over time, represents a significant comeback for Trump, who as of Aug. 14 was trailing Clinton 46.3 percent to 41.6 percent.

Although the Real Clear Politics average of polls shows Trump trailing Clinton by about 6 points in polls taken between Aug. 1 and Aug 24, Trump campaign manage Kellyanne Conway recently told the BBC that Trump’s numbers are due to “cherry-picked polling numbers that are put out there by media outlets that are also bent on his destruction.”

Evidence of Trump’s improvement in the polls was also found in the latest Economist/YouGov poll. ...

Further, the poll showed that Trump is now supported by 84 percent of Republican voters, up from 75 percent.

I remember that. That was one of the things that made me recognize conservative does not mean the same thing to the pundit/politician class that it means to me.

Don’t count the vote before the liberal activist judges do. :)

“I wonder why Rush today only concentrated on his bad polls. For 3 long hours.”

I wonder why anybody bothers with that phony maggot (except to report on like you just did—TY).

It’s hard to break up with a guy you’ve been listening to since 1992.

Rush has never been a Trump supporter. His brother David, a longtime Cruz supporter, is now supporting Trump. He makes no bones about it. I don’t think Rush has ever came out and said who’s he’s voting for. Maybe he thinks he’ll run away some of his viewers, which is strange considering it’s either Trump or Clinton and his show every day should be about slamming Clinton and doing everything in his power to promote Trump. Rush is getting soft in his old age. He also never criticizes NeverTrumpers like Sykes and Levin. He never mentions Savages’ name, who’s a huge Trump supporter.

I know; that’s what has been so frustrating and infuriating about his show last week. Constant digs at Trump, constantly playing horrible audio of THAT WOMAN criticizing him, etc. Where is his brain??? We only have two choices!

Yes, and he was the guy who let Americans know that they didn’t have to pretend to agree with the lefty idiots—that there were others out there who wanted to preserve the traditional American freedom to think and speak freely and MANY would agree with them. It gave nervous people reinforcement.

In a way it doesn’t matter if he was a fake the whole time or just got corrupted by power. He kept enough for us to build on. But now he’s exposed.

It WAS the same as the NRA which used to be too squishy, but they did keep our 2nd Amendment rights alive. They’ve grown stronger recently, thank God.
