These were personal emails about Benghazi. As in, “I could get into personal trouble if anybody ever found out about this.” Of course she lied, but was she under oath at the time? If not, then it’s just another day for the Most Criminal Candidate In American History. Is the email itself an offense? Depends on what’s in it, and we won’t know because no legitimate law enforcement agency has looked into the matter, only the FBI.

there is a law for the Clintons and a law for all of us. Now I would like to know how any sane person could ever vote for her knowing how she lies and how corrupt she is, and that goes for the media who always covers for her.
And, of course, the law that Hillary violated specifically removes intent as a factor. You either mishandle sensitive data, or you don't. Your intent doesn't matter. Comey knows that very well. And yet, he got hung up on the difficulty of proving that she was intentional when she mishandled sensitive data.
Comey deserves prison as much as she does.
