Donald Trump's campaign is planning a concerted effort to reach out to minority voters and shed the perception by some that he is racist, part of a reset for his campaign sparked by bringing in new leadership.
A senior Trump adviser characterized the strategy as "part of an ongoing conversation" and said the campaign is "looking forward."
As first reported by The Washington Post, the campaign is planning to make trips to diverse and urban areas and focus on an economic and job-centric theme.
Some of the effort has already been evident.

Trump’s comments on the criminal element among Mexican illegals have been distorted as “all Mexican immigrants (illegal and otherwise)are criminals;ergo, Trump is a racist. But what has he said re blacks that can be construed as being anti-black?

Good move, take voters away from Hillary and move them to Trump and the Republican Party.
With intensive campaigning and advertising, Trump can double his support in the black community.
Do not listen to that arguement. They want Trump to go to a black community where historically they are a unapologetically democrat. Encourage folks that are unable to go to Trump rally to visit social media & web site for Trump speeches. Too dangerous to go democrat areas where BLM & Black Panthers will cause violence.
You notice that CNN never runs any articles or analysis about Clinton’s campaign.

I think it’s hypocritical that the Democrats have been suing Minorities for years and have done so little for them. They pander for their votes and they foget about them until the next election

Trump is getting the blue collar democrat vote. He just needs to syphon off enough minority votes to offset the 125% black vote in the inner cities.
