If Congress determines that she lied to and obstructed a Congressional hearing they can find her in contempt and imprison her. Of course, true to form, they delay action until it becomes politically impossible.

Let’s start with congress and work from there. The just-us dept won’t do anything. Start draw yup articles of impeachment now. Hold her in contempt of congress and have the capital police arrest her when she steps on the capital grounds if she were to win the election.

Congress can arrest her and hold her for as long as they desire; they have broad powers to detain anyone they want for as long as they deem fit.
