Okay, so he blames Americans for "killing black people", complains that the U.S. is "doing nothing" about Syria, and wants to pull out of the U.N. just to form a new international organization composed of the Philippines, along with only the "Mr. Unpopular of Asia" China (no other Asian neighbour nation?!) and the underachiever of all the continents, Africa (all the way on the other side of the planet with no significant ties to the Philippines). The death penalty isn’t. The threat of death before ever seeing the inside of a jail cell or courtroom, appear to be a definite deterrent though. I was about to comment on the very same statistic of 600,000 surrendering, but that his crackdown is having very obvious positive affects on the drug trafficking criminal element.

There is a problem with that.

“Whites killed by Whites” and “Whites killed by Blacks” have been swapped.

The overwhelming majority of victims of violent crime are killed by members of their own race.
