Shrillary has always been very good at putting the blame on others. The Clintons have always done that. Its the same old same old, SSDD. Why anyone would vote for the epitome of the status quo in DC (Hillary) is beyond me.
So it was “Powell’s fault” that she was extremely careless and unsophisticated. Typical ‘RAT excuse. It’s somebody else’s fault, not mine.

There is more than Hillary’s malfeasance involved here. Everyone that sent or received an email without the .gov must have known what she was doing.
It’s in the headline today.......Powell claims he never told her to do anything.
A cable is a message in DoD language. These message take their original meaning from the deep sea cables they were transmitted over from different parts of the world back to DC or other diplomatic missions. The message is the term used by the military and reflects either transmission by radio or over the air, or by courier. Hitler was courier in WWI and received the Iron Cross for making it across no-mans land to save his unit....
Hillary’s email at State was HRC22@clintonmail.com and somehow that address send State Department wide Emails on a variety of subjects like Equal Employment Opportunity, LGBT initiatives, etc.
