EDGARTOWN, Mass. (AP) — President Barack Obama is unlikely to break from a New England vacation to survey flood damage in Louisiana, despite calls for him to visit and meet with responders and victims.
The White House insists Obama is not indifferent to the suffering of thousands who were washed out of their homes in the Baton Rouge and Lafayette areas of the state. At least 13 people have died as a result of the flooding, and at one point 11,000 were in shelters. That number has dropped as water levels have receded.

That is true...we're not expecting them to get down there and fill sandbags. People are rightly pointing out the double-standard. When GWB did a flyover, he was cruel, insensitive and plain heartless. The media excoriated him over it.
When Obama ignores the situation altogether, it's a non-story.
I guess that is my point. If you’ve ever worked in a crisis situation the last thing you need is the boss showing up.
And a boss that brings an entourage and security constraints...he is doing everyone favor by staying on the golf course.
AsPresident, I want him to come out and say, “It sucks”, and explain why he is not going.

The entire “first family” is nothing but a bunch of low class grifters. Grifters care nothing about the pain and suffering of others. It’s all about the grifters’ wants. The Clintons were just as bad.
