Threats have been made against the officer even though Milwaukee police have not released his name, and armed Milwaukee police officers are now guarding his home.
VIDEO: Threats made on social media against officer who shot man Saturday
As the cleanup of the aftermath continues, many people say they knew the officer involved and that he knew Sylville Smith.
But whether that makes any difference is for the investigators to decide, and so far, they're not saying anything about it.
Despite some reports the two knew each other from high school, WISN 12 News has verified they did not go to high school together, although they did know each other from the neighborhood.

Here comes the MSMLSD crowd to congregate at that officers home .....
Paid antagonists don’t care; the money’s good.
The father of the slain has come out taking responsibility for his son’s behavior and has said the policeman was totally justified in shooting. Also the camcorder footage the policeman was wearing proves that the son was threatening the officer with a gun.
CPUSA, in cooperation with local “community organizers,” light a fire under these naive inner city Blacks, abusing them as PR tools, as if they haven’t been abused enough by the Democratic machine that runs their cities.
Identify who made the threats and lock them away for life. Simple cure.
The DOJ has gotten involved.
The DOJ does not wish to release the body cam video.

The video shows the thug drawing on the officer.
Party of the Emptyheaded Hooligans at it again.

More BLM bullsh*t.

The identity of the police officer who shot and killed Sylville Smith appeared on social media and was confirmed today by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Photos of the officer on social media with his name (and some with his address) prompted responses encouraging violence against him:
As of Tuesday, at least 3,000 people have shared a Facebook photo of the 24-year-old Milwaukee patrolman who fatally shot 23-year-old Sylville Smith some of them adding furious and threatening comments.
Now yall see his face if hes seen anywhere in the city drop him, read one post. Another called for a gun so the person could shoot him right in his head.
The posters gave the officers name, Dominique Heaggan, and some included his home address. The Journal Sentinel has independently confirmed his identity, which has not been released by the Police Department. He is also known as Dominique Heaggan-Brown.
The NY Daily News published some examples of other responses condoning violence against Heaggan-Brown online:
Do whatever yall need to do to this man, wrote one person.
Another wrote: They coming for yo a, Mr. Postman.
