Sharyl Attkisson: There’s definitely tilted news coverage. I can’t imagine any objective observer who would think otherwise. And, I tell you, I was in a room of journalists in which one of them encouraged the others quite publicly to step up and do something because he said the outcome of this election was so important. And the other thing he said led me to believe and others. He was talking about journalists stepping outside of their role to make sure Donald Trump doesn’t get elected. And he received applause for that. It’s fine for the pundits to do that but I think journalists are widely overstepping their roles.
Steve Malzberg: Obviously this was an organized event. Where were you? Can you tell us who said it?
Attkisson: It was an awards dinner for a group of journalists and I can’t remember which one of the Washington dinners in the past few months. And, you know, he received overwhelming applause… The public is much more divided you just don’t see their view represented in the news.
Malzberg: Again do you know who stepped up and said that?
Attkisson: No I don’t. I believe he was a former bureau chief.

Treachery toward the Republic is job security. Some are all-in Leftists, some are desperate pawns, but all are willing to collude with the DC agenda of the Left to “funamentally change America”.

WHEN Trump wins; I suspect most of the current media will move to Europe .. where the climate is more to their taste.
Once the people have spoken, just like when Reagan was elected; the media was in shock for months. Funny thing, most of them just sat back and watched while America bloomed (for 20 years); knowing they had nothing to do with it.

While I don’t have any respect or regard for a whole lot of DemocRATS; causing them harm is just plain stupid.
Not round them up - Trump should initiate “licensing” for media representatives. Since most media representatives support tough licensure requirements for one to exercise a 2A right, there should be no objection for similar requirements for a certain 1A right.

The ranks of the left are full, absolutely full of delusional elitists. More than anything, this is the problem that is sinking America. The ranks of politics, activism, media, and academics are filled with people who think of themselves as gifted, special, and above others, and ironically every one of these spheres is overpopulated with uncreative unimpressive individuals. It is way past time for this cabal to lose their power and their stature.

When they cross that line, they are fair game.
Domestic enemies must be neutralized, not allowed to operate unfettered.
Like what happens in Russia when the press gets out of hand, examples must be made to bring them to heel, lest the nation be destroyed.
NYT, WP , CNN in particular.
This is why we need to bring the force of law against these people. It cannot be denied that the entire Broadcasting system of this nation is simply a tool to get and keep power for Democrats.
The media needs to be broken up and then placed under the control of a regulatory body with representatives elected by the people.
The fourth estate needs to be forced to be objective. It needs regulation by a board of governors to insure that it will be objective.

I agree, entirely. The media have been cheerleaders for every politically motivated ‘reform’ initiative, and it’s about time they become the target of the government intervention they continuously champion.
The Same with Silicon valley. They like big government, so they need to get all of it they can take.
Google, Facebook, Twitter, and so forth have taken it upon themselves to censor conservative opinion, and it occurs to me that we need to make them accountable to the discrimination laws of our nation.
That and some RICO prosecutions for collusion.

When Hillary spoke to that room of minority journalists, they all clapped for her.
90% of the media in America is owned by 6 companies now. In the 1980’s it was 50 companies.
We are living completely under fascism now. They just need to get one more dem in office to finalize everything.
