Their only problem is that
Trump makes them look like spenders, when they should be cutting taxes, and doing a budget, which they haven't done in years...
Trump does this, and will do it when he takes office...they won't know what to do without all the money their lobbyists give them, the well is going to dry up, with them along with it...

For years we’ve gotten the self-righteous pitch from the media that we’ve got to get the money out of politics. There is too much money in politics. Trump runs a national campaign spending next-to-nothing and now the same media is whining. F-media.

Why should he spend a penny when all he has to do is say what most people think, watch the media blow a gasket, and then broadcast his message for him free of charge?
This is what he's been doing his entire career. The NY media has always fallen for it. Now the national media is following along.
