A volleyball match Saturday between the U.S. and Puerto Rico in Rio de Janeiro included a ball out call against the Americans, prompting the Brazilian audience to cheer, according to The Daily Caller.
The unidentified NBC announcer was quick to point out that U.S. teams receive negative responses everywhere they play, other than at home.
And you heard the cheers from the pro-Brazilian, pro-Puerto Rican crowd here, the person said. You dont know, the United States gets cheered against everywhere in the world except the United States.

Contract? A contract to go to the Olympics?
Facts to prove that or is this just you pondering. . .and that’s okay, but we disagree.
The person wearing the Obama shirt and crying for help was from the Christmas day tsunami.
I remember that day because I drank almost an entire bottle of cinnamon schnapps at my grandmother-in-laws’ house and had to be driven home by my dick brother in law.
I have no problem with pros in the Olympics. Before they were allowed many were pros anyway in all but name. It should be a competition between the best.
The same mindset also says they all want come to the US because they love our country and will even join the military to die for us. We can’t win, we are bad people and hated worldwide but they all want to come here so we need to open our hearts and let them all in and If we don’t we will be hated for that,
“Video dont lie.”
Not according to Hillary.
They are in a competitive match against the U.S. team. This dope expects people to cheer the U.S. team when they are competing against us?
I'm going to start referencing these people as TR first name last name.
It was an accident. They thought it was a Burger King due to the “Have It Your Way” sign.
“I have no problem with pros in the Olympics. Before they were allowed many were pros anyway in all but name. It should be a competition between the best.”
I remember that argument.
Meaningless to James Francis Thorpe and family.
America sacrificed its principles and e pluribus unum to join the crowd in 1992.
Fair enough!
You connect the dots quite well...
Lithuanian basketball - particularly Zalgris - is fairly impressive for such a small population.
Ergo they must really hate Obama and Hillary.
I hope you have a large hard drive, it's the entire Western MSM, ...
Agreed. Even as a small government type, I feel that a public entity running sewage treatment, and a functioning coroner's office are reasonable uses of the taxpayers' dime. They can't even achieve that, and yet Democrats want us to be more like these third-world hell holes.
How about the NBC announcer question why no one is not watching their network? I can tell you why—because a commercial every ten seconds makes your broadcast unwatchable. Greedy bastards.
That’s why I’ll post it on FR. LOL
Your point is right on the money.
Of course. The water is all diluted poop ...
I wouldn’t know.
Every time I channel surfed to a station carrying something Olympic, I landed on a commercial and surfed on to another.
I have watched about 20 seconds of actual — a basketball game, half-time at a volleyball game, and table tennis.
...and they train in the USA. Their coaches are in the USA. Face it...most other countries suck in sports (and in many other things).
