Tim Kaine says being Hillary Clinton's running mate feels like being kidnapped.
Kaine spoke at a coordinated campaign field office for Clinton and local Democrats in Grand Rapids, Mich., on Friday, according to Politico.
Asked by Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.) what it was like to be Clinton's running mate, he responded: "It feels like I got kidnapped."
Kaine, a Virginia senator, was announced as Clinton's running mate July 22. He held his first joint campaign event with her the next day, and spoke at the Democratic National Convention the following week speaking just after Vice President Joe Biden and right before President Obama.

A rare moment of honesty for Kaine. He needs to work on his lies since he is working for Hillary now.
Somebody tell Obama he doesn’t need to send a ransom.
Don’t worry buddy, you’ll lose the Secret Service escort on November 9th and you’ll never have to talk to Shillery again.
Tim, meet Sarah Palin.
It was a joke. Kaine was referring to the claustrophobic nature of a campaign with Secret Service protection and not being as free to talk at length with reporters on the trail as is his wont.
Tim, meet Sarah Palin.
I wonder what the media would have said if Sarah had said she felt kidnapped. Tim? No “gaffe,” just crickets.
