Wisconsin House Speaker Paul Ryans policy record is collapsing among voters here under scrutiny from Republican challenger Paul Nehlen, so badly that Ryan is refusing to appear even on the Fox News Channel. We know Speaker Ryan, hes been on this program many, many times, Fox and Friends host Steve Doocy opened an interview with Nehlen on Thursday morning by saying. We invited him to be on today.
Later in the interview with Nehlen, Doocy divulged even more: We did invite Speaker Ryan to appear today, and he declined.
The fact that Ryan is shunning former media allies and generally refusing interviews except with his closest friends on local radio shows how terrified he and his team are ahead of next weeks primary showdown with Nehlen. No recent polling has been done on the race, so its unclear whether Nehlen is within striking distance here on Tuesday. But Ryans team is certainly taking nothing for granted, especially after last cycles embarrassing loss by then House Majority Leader Eric Cantor to now Rep. Dave Brat (R-VA).
Republicans party-wide are aware that Nehlen may win, and are prepared to support him if he does beat Ryan.

He’s afraid he’ll have to go get a real job, where he has to produce value.
I’ll second that emotion. :-)
actually, there are not party endorsements in a primary
Trump can not endorse any one in a primary
if Ryan wins the primary then one can ask trump if he will endorse the ryan candidacy
I believe Paul Ryan will win........but, should he lose, he, himself, cost his own seat!!!
What Trump did was smart - I only wish he had done it sooner. He has finally forced the hand of the national media to analyze Paul Nehlen. They tried to pretend he didn’t exist. When Trump thanked him, the outraged media, searching for their next Trump scandal to divide the GOP, reported it - giving Nehlen attention. Since then, Nehlen has been doing interviews with the national media where he is able to call out Paul Ryan nationally and draw attention to things Paul Ryan has done. I only wish Nehlen could have gotten the national spotlight sooner. For one, Nehlen has publicly challenged Paul Ryan to debates multiple times, and Paul Ryan refused. At one point he said they would work something out - they didn’t because Ryan never tried. I think the more people who hear Nehlen talk, will like him (with the exception of the #NeverTrumps and the neocons).
If I lived in Ryan’s district and he won the primary I would vote for the Democrat. He is the Speaker of the House and we need to get rid of him, badly.
QUESTION TO GINGRICH RE. HIS SUPPORT FOR RYAN!
I just posted this to Newt Gingrich’s public FB page. Because I did not see evidence that it did, in fact, post, I also backed it up with a FB message.

Newt, Love ya’, man. Those of us who support Trump are pleased that you have been vocal in YOUR support for him.
You may recall that I served as a panelist at your 1990 debate with David Worley. You were kind enough to remark that I would make a formidable candidate if I were to run for office. I was so flattered by your comment that I posted the audio to YouTube here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIo8FJJMps8.
I did briefly toy with the idea but laid down until the sensation went away.
I’m writing to ask if you can help me understand your recent comment surrounding Trump’s failure — so far — to endorse PAUL RYAN’s re-election. During your remarks, you stated that Ryan was a “problem solver” and one of the best Speakers we have had.
My question: So far as many of us out here in Flyover Country can tell, with SOME few exceptions, the only problems Ryan has solved were those of the arrogant and dangerous Marxist gaggle currently infesting the White House and the radical fellow travelers (mostly muslim and/or muslim sympathizers and enablers) he has installed in critical national security related positions in an “administration” that looks for all the world more like an intentional series of Reischstag Fires.
Awaiting your reply in hopes you can give us out here among the “great unwashed” reasons why we should stop referring to Paul Ryan as “Vidkun Quisling”.
Regards,
DB
PS: Next time you speak to The Donald, please urge him to stay on message, keep hammering the serial felon opposing him and to leave the hatchet jobs and dirty work to others.
Castration would be reasonable....
Ryan: when you lose, can I call you and laugh at you? Please give me your cell phone number.
This caught my attention on the radio a few hours ago at the half-hour news break. It did not repeat on the next 2 top of hours or half hours. Get this! Rino is REaffirming his Trump support!! :
weasel PaulRino
said he was reaffirming his support for Trump !!!??!!!
and also that the focus should be on bad Hitlery instead of Trump not endorsing his bid for reelection. unquote, sort of
Na na na na, hey hey hey, bye Ryan.......
Ryan is doing a hillary and hiding from the press and public as much as possible, imagine that
Do you have a link to the poll?
Please let us know if you hear from Newt.
It is awesome that you were on that panel!
Of all the disappointing Republicans, and there are many, Ryan’s fall from grace is the most disappointing to me. He started off so well and had so much promise. Selling his soul to the GOPe bigwigs is tragic,, if nothing else I can only hope his downfall will serve as a warning, we’re on to the ruling class corruption and more heads will roll.
Ryan will likely win pretty easily. He will use Nehlen’s Muslim comments against him as well, and the media will back him 100%
Way to rally the troops.
"The budget deal also cuts retirement benefits for wounded vets..."
I use to like him, but Brian kilmeade has turned into a worthless POS. He is certainly a never trumper.
Paul Ryan hates vets.
He’s had it in for them for years. Every chance he gets he hurts them again. I don’t know if they threaten his own masculinity, if he is a full-blown double agent, if he is secretly anti American, or what.
The evidence, though, is clear. He fights against veterans.
