Donald Trump's former campaign manager on Monday said that Khizr Khan's son, Capt. Humayun Khan, would still be alive today if Trump had been president. Corey Lewandowski noted Trump's long-standing opposition to the War in Iraq, where Humayun Khan was killed by a suicide bomber in 2004.

The Khan issue is a dead-end. Always was. Getting into squabbles with a Gold Star family is a no-win situation. I don’t trust the parents, but it won’t play well, and it will help the jihadists by fighting with them.
When hillary called herself co president billary, they were dropping Tomahawk missiles on Baghdad in June of their first year in office. I lost track of how many times they attacked Iraq over the next 8 years. She voted for war in Iraq every chance she had as a senator. She is a warmonger. But it is obviously Trumps fault.
All I would say would be, other than to say thank-you for the son’s service and sacrifice, just warn the father not to use his son’s service for a political agenda.
Hillary and this Khan guy have one objective and that is to flood this country with more muslims.
I had someone on Twitter tell me Trump would have gone into Iraq had he been President at the time.
This is the same person that said if Trump is Elected thousands more of our Soldiers would die than Hillary had any responsibility for.

Khan’s son and parents would not be in the U.S. if Trump were president. That was the whole point of Khan’s talk at the convention.

and if Capt. Kahn were still alive, and had appeared at the DNC Convention, he’d have been boo’d, jeered and mocked, just like the MOH awardee and the Dallas police officer.
Not to worry. He'll be gone once he's outlived his usefulness to the Dems. From the new info uncovering his ties to The Muzzie Brotherhood, and the Clinton Foundation, I'd say that will be sooner, rather than later.
