The Turkish Incirlik airbase in Adana, Turkey, which houses NATO forces, U.S. forces and at least 50 nuclear devices, experienced massive protests this week, yet the media and President Barack Obama have been conspicuously silent.

Is there an eyewitness report that says this happened? I see the stuff on zerohedgefund, but this is the stuff they did when there were threats to the base. They’d block off all access roads and nobody could go down them. The US personnel there haven’t been allowed off-base for quite a while, due to the ISIS threat. Even if they had personnel go on the base to check on the Turks (and their families) that are stationed there, it’s still nothing out of the ordinary during increased threatcons or direct threats against US personnel there. I’d imagine many of the Turks there are under suspicion and being investigated.

Those are not Russian nukes at Incirlik. They are ours. That makes them our responsibility. Why is the US media covering up the vulnerabilities of storing nukes there ?
I am not merely curious but also very concerned. If they are virtually ignored by the White House, this could turn into a disaster. And if there’s an assault on the airbase, would Obama be willing to use nukes on Turkey?
Turkey is not America, so forget using nukes.
I think he made his position on protecting American interest clear with Bengazi. He has Hillary as the scape goat, but he was CIC, he had to give the order. He didn’t.
The airbase is on it’s own. There were other than American troops there. Does anyone know if the other NATO troops have gotten out?

That quote from the article is very disturbing. Why is the MSM silent? Barack has done NOTHING!
Incirlik also hosts the Turkish 10th Tanker Squadron which took part in the coup with two KC-135 tankers and helped keep the F-16’s bombing and terrorising Ankara in the air for so long.
