A 41-year-old man believed to be an undocumented immigrant was arrested Tuesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl on the Northeast Side Monday, according to arrest documents.
Carlos Esparza, who is suspected of being in the country illegally, was arrested on a first-degree felony charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child and is currently being held at the Bexar County Jail on a $75,000 bond, according to online records.
The alleged sex assault occurred at the Harlow Apartments in the 7500 block of Harlow Drive on the Northeast Side, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by mySA.com.
The victim’s mother noticed the girl was “walking funny as if she was in pain,” to which the girl said Esparza had hurt her, the affidavit said.
The girl told investigators her mother put her to bed but she and her other siblings went downstairs to watch TV. Esparza was allegedly on the couch under a blanket when he grabbed her and put her on his lap. He then allegedly took off the girl’s underwear and his clothes, and sexually assaulted the girl in several ways, the arrest affidavit said.

Undocumented immigrant is a complete misnomer used by the Ministry of Propaganda to try to generate sympathy for illegal aliens, which is what they are.
Immigrants have documents because they applied to be Americans and waited their turn, learned the language, paid their fees and complied with the laws.
Illegal aliens either broke in and have no documents or overstayed a tourist or student visa and were once documented as visitors, but are now illegal aliens.
Tha’s where they get the undocumented part.
The immigrant part they are just lying about.
One cannot be an immigrant without applying and being granted that status.
It is a euphamism used to cover for illegal aliens.
Most of them have more documents than citizens do.
Some have them in several names.
All fraudulent.
More accurately they would be called fraudulently documented foreigners.

a return ticket to their own country or elsewhere which is not used and they stay past the date of the ticket makes them an ILLEGAL ALIEN...
Our government let them in with the understanding that they would leave after their visit on the plane/flight and date which is indicated on the ticket..
Whenever I go to another country I am asked how long I intend to stay and I have to prove I intend to leave in that timely fashion by producing my return ticket if feasible, or onward passage...train, ship etc..
We have their entrance info why are these overstay illegal aliens not arrested and deported ???

I’m an “undocumented immigrant” as I sit here in shorts with no pockets, but my Naturalization/citizenship document with my Alien Registration number in the right top corner is locked away in another room with my American passport and New Zealand birth certificate ..
But within minutes I can be “documented” again..
but an illegal alien is NEVER an “undocumented immigrant”
My drivers license is in my handbag and if I was to leave that at home I guess I would be driving as an “undocumented immigrant”
and the policemen who pulled me over and the judge would not be pleased..
