Hillary Clinton will order a "full review" of the United States' strategy on Syria as a "first key task" of her presidency, resetting the policy to emphasise the "murderous" nature of the Assad regime, foreign policy adviser with her campaign has said.

Speaking on the sidelines of the Democratic National Convention, Mr Bash, who is advising the party's presidential nominee, said a Clinton administration would seek to bring "moral clarity" to the US strategy on the Syrian crises.

Mr Bash describes a foreign policy more hawkish than that of the current administration. He said there were a "lot of clues" to how Mrs Clinton will behave as commander-in-chief from her time as secretary of state. During that time she championed the intervention in Libya and advocated the arming of Syrian rebels against the regime.

“...a Clinton administration would bring...moral clarity...”
Who on earth could say that with a straight face?
Clinton’s concept of moral clarity re: Syria:
1) Intervention in a civil war to protect ISIS from defeat by a secular state; at minimum prolonging the war, devastation, and humanitarian disaster;
2) Threatening or engaging in direct combat against Russia, which is on the verge of defeating Hillary & Obama’s Al Qaeda affiliate. No possible complications there;
3) Extension of the migration crisis swamping Europe and the US with Muslims, at least a portion of whom are terrorists and/or murderers with mixed motives (e.g., Islamic terrorists with a side of gay self-loathing; hatred of Jooz and Christians; can’t get no satisfaction; etc.).
Yep, a whole load of moral clarity there. Is Mr. Bash related to Mr. Bean?
Thanks for the link. How is it that this guy is on a US State Department website while holding a highly partisan press conference as Hillary advisor at the Democratic National Convention? Isn’t this a gross violation of the Hatch Act?
It would seem to be a problem to me but
laws aren’t for Clintonistas.
