You mean to investigate why American authorities ignored or took no action on the Russian warning regarding the Tsarnaev brothers?
Sure. Have an investigation. We did that for Pearl Harbor and 9/11. Go for it.
That’s a completely different issue than the intelligence breach by Hillary Clinton, which is the subject of this thread and the issue raised by Trump today.

Hillary Clintons server was not the property of the United States government,...All communications from/to a Sec State are property of the U.S. Government.
You like to look foolish it seems.

Regarding the totally ignored Russian warning about the Boston Marathon bombing suspects, should this type of colossal negligence not been subject to a criminal matter/investigation as well?
Sure. Have an investigation.
Maybe you missed it, there was no investigation regarding this and no one was prosecuted/fired etc.
What happened hunkster?

My goodness!
I start my Google Chrome browser, set to MSN, and this is what I see:
The drivebys and press are going NUTS over this, as if they're part of the Hillary Campaign staff...
Oh, wait....They ARE the campaign staff!
To: Alas Babylon!
That’s right. The media are de facto Trump opponents and H.Clinton supporters. And why they never should have been allowed to moderate the debates.

Article 22 provides that the Treaty is subject to ratification and will enter into force upon the exchange of instruments of ratification, which is to take place as soon as possible.
Article 22(2) provides further that, upon entry into force of the Treaty, the Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Russian Federation on Cooperation in Criminal Matters, signed on June 30, 1995, will no longer be in force. Article 22(3) states that either Party may terminate the Treaty by written notice to the other Party through the diplomatic channel, and that such termination will take effect six months following the date of receipt of notification.
Perhaps I am misinterpreting this but it sounds like that is no longer in force.

The DunningKruger effect is a cognitive bias in which relatively unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly assessing their ability to be much higher than it really is. Untold numbers in Hollywood are so afflicted.
