Shortly after the latest terror attack on French soil by two ISIS "soldiers", President Francois Hollande, who was roundly disparaged 12 days ago for the country's lack of preparedness to the Nice truck terror attack which killed 84, vowed to wage war against the Islamic State "by every means".
"We are confronted with a group, Daesh, which has declared war on us," Hollande said, using an alternative name for Isis. "We have to wage war, by every means, (but through) upholding the law, which is because we are a democracy."

The enemy is everywhere and a lot of them are in possession of "legal" guns and they have overwhelming numbers in many French cities. This has the potential to turn into another Algeria War 1954-1962 except this time the French have nowhere to run.
ISIS here is kind of a straw man. These killings are a result of the Molem Religion and of the Moslem invasion of Europe and America. ISIS is merely one Jihadic organization and the currently most high profile one. The spurs for these things inasmuch as they are outside of the perpetrators own heads are the Koran and nearly all of the local imams and hodjahs. Medieval Spain did not end Islamic Terrorism of that era until it expelled or forcibly converted all of the Moslems in Spain after 1492. It is the same today. Expell them, kill them, or convert them. Only such measures can stop them from spreading and killing and destroying.

Secure your borders and stop letting Muslims immigrate to France. Then you outlaw Islamic female attire. Burkas are not allowed to be worn in public. Have a heavy police presence in the so called "no go zones", aggressively enforce the law, including minor offenses. Monitor the mosques in France. If the mosque is advocating Shari law shut it down and deport the Imam. Lastly out law Shari law and deport any and all that support making Shari law the law of the land.
Now if we are talking Romans, substitute execute for deport in the above.
