I’m no brain surgeon, but that goofiness lasted about twice as long as it needed to.
It almost seemed out of control during the second half of the head shaking.
Anyone familiar with petit mal that could weigh in here?
Possibly a “petit mal” seizure. I’ve had two happen to people standing right next to me. The head jerking is the clue. In both case (in which I assisted others to restraint the victim until medical help arrived), stiffened up very suddenly, their eyes rolled back, one spoke in a garbled voice, and then fell to the floor (both hitting their heads on desk/tables). Fortunately both recovered but at least one had not taken their anti-seizure medicine.
You are right. We need trained medical personnel to review this clip and try to analyze what happened.
Petit mal seizures generally have neither a prodromal nor post ictal phase. This is not grand mal, or she would have been on the floor. I suspect petit mal -— which means she retains consciousness at at least partial control. Yes, I don’t think she wanted anyone to catch that on video.
I just emailed a neurosurgeon, so I’ll have an answer in some hours.

Postictal Stage
The postictal stage occurs after the ictus or active stage of the seizure. During the postictal stage, the body begins to relax, and aftereffects may set in. The type and length of aftereffects will vary from person to person and may include:
Numbness
Headache
Fatigue and drowsiness
Partial paralysis
Confusion and agitation
Loss of consciousness or unresponsiveness
Loss of bowel or bladder control
I agree — no seizure. She was just goofing off like she always does.
Usually, I think everyone can come up with some weird footage of anyone to make fun of them.
But on this one, I think Hillary has a progressive (pun intended) disease. That’s a truly inappropriate and wild seizure of the head. She could have hurt herself.
Not a seizure. She was “reacting” to the 3 reporters all blabbing at once at her. I guess it was supposed to be humor of some kind.
She held up her iced coffee drink as if that was the reason.
Maybe a seizure triggered by brain freeze from drinking something cold? Could there be brain lesions resulting from her previous brain injury?
