Tony Schwartz, Donald Trumps co-author on The Art of the Deal, admitted that he regrets writing the 1987 book and that he finds the thought of a Trump presidency terrifying.
So why did Schwartz keep his silence for so long?
We had a successful experience together. I never in a million years thought he would run for president. Had I thought that 30 years ago, I wouldnt have written the book, he told George Stephanopoulos on ABC News Good Morning America today. But for 29 years, I didnt think he would, and it didnt seem like it was important to speak out. I now feel its my civic duty.

At least Trump paid this guy. Bill Ayers didn’t get any recognition from Obama and has been stiffed for years on a royalty checks.

Tony needs to grow a set of balls and stop acting like such a faggot. A corrupt criminal like Hillary is fine with Tony. But a straight talking man like Trump terrifies him. Tony should run along to his shrink and ask her if she can find his balls.

I don’t doubt that for the criminals in the DNC a Trump presidency is very threatening. It better be.

He must be runnning out of money. Judas was bought for 30 pieces of silver. I wonder how much this ahole sells for?
How many hit pieces will there be? How long will they go on? This is not the Reagan era. The press is much more visible, vocal and ruthless now.

I checked; he’s co-written at least five other books with other people.
When will he come out denouncing THEM?

At least he did not plagiarize.
At this point “terrifying” by us, would be good.
That’s what it will take to win this war.
Look at what we had to do in 1945, for example.

So you dump a negative trump article and make no comment?
Do you agree with the article or not?

He also heads a touchy feely company called The Energy Project. It produces nothing except ideas on how to make employees feel better.

"I believe he is so insecure, so easily provoked and not not particularly nearly as smart as people might imagine he is,
No, not smart enough to defeat 16 veteran politicians and their professional consultants in a primary with very little spending, and essentially turn a major political party upside down. No, not smart at all.

Ah. Well. Shoot. Obviously the very world hangs on every thought Tony Schwartz utters.
What is Tony Schwartz's plan on fighting terrorism? What does Tony Schwartz propose we do about foreign trade? What does Tony Schwartz think about unemployment?
Dump Trump! Tony Schwartz for President!

I wonder if he feels guilty enough to give his money back and refuse future royalties.Re-write guys are a dime a dozen... If he had any ideas of his own worth hearing he'd have his own books published. One more liberal Lit major who dreams of delusion.

1) I posted it because it’s out in the news. Maybe you liked to be uninformed.
2) If you read the first comment on the thread it was my snarky comment about Schwartz.
3) I have been a supporter of Trump from DAY ONE. In fact I could link you to my observation, after listening to Trump on the Michael Savage program in 2012, that he seriously was toying with the idea of running but I don’t want to waste my energy.

Tony’schwartz wiki bio states he worked as a journalist from ‘75 through 2000 mostly for liberal New York publications, sounds democrat.
