It is exactly what I think but reckon you are right.
I would vastly prefer to say it directly to her face in person.
I really don’t think a Whopper is worth being held hostage and maybe being murdered.
Camden Yards is a nice park. I went several years ago. Stay in the tourist area and you should be fine. Though it goes from nice to guest real quick.
I think TELLING is the correct word here.
So true; but they get 99% of the air time and paper space!
Me; too!
Then the Food Police got after then to change their way of cooking them.
Do you mean BLVD?
re: post # 74 ~ I went to Baltimore seven years ago, and I then swore a solemn oath never to return! WORST ghettos I have ever seen. (Ive seen more than I care to admit...) unequivocally the WORST! ~
Never been to Camden, NJ, then?
Yes, I have. 10 years ago - emergency situation. Her I am, Irish looking Lad with no GPS, no firearms, at 5:30 a.m. in the bowels of the projects.
Of course I was lost, because the junkies had scrapped all the street signs (and the posts they were mounted on) and let me tell you I had NO doubt these predators saw me as prey.
So, after multiple trips across the Benjamin Franklin Bridge (still lost) I saw a Camden Police Cruiser in the distance ~ and so there I went!
I asked the Officer (a Lt’ with Gold braids and 30 Medals on his chest)where to find this address I was looking for. He said, “you found it, you are standing the parking lot.”
I asked him why he was parked in the lot with his lights spinning and he told me, “ If I don’t sit here guarding this place, they have 3 or 4 armed robberies every day.”
Yikes!
all i know is the sea gulls in our neighborhood used to fly over a Hardee’s and a McD’s to eat the trash at BK parking lot. They must not like the new fries either, they stopped showing up.
This is why everyone should be required to be armed to enter any public place.
We nheed a super-Kennesaw law.
Mayor Stephanie Rawlings Blake order the police to give the suspect some space to destroy. Marilyn Mosby is already drawing up indictments of the police officers involved.
Oops! yes...
And you still think Baltimore is worse?
Yes. Scariest place I have ever been. No doubts about it...
I’ve been through the Baltimore ghetto but I saw white people going about their business. In Camden I didn’t see any people except a few zombie looking addicts stumbling around and lots of cops.
;^)
So I just searched for BK, bingo I found it on Monroe street then.
LIke many who live in the dense east coast, I have driven in scores of cities and towns from Boston to Atlanta, most of which have a street, road, avenue or boulevard named “Washington.” Hence the mix-up. The one in Baltimore is named “Washington Boulevard” because it is actually Route 1 and is the oldest route (pre-superhighway) from Baltimore to Washington, DC.
I noticed that in the Street view.
It’s on a light pole just as you enter the BK parking lot.
