In answer to your question - of course there are still Cruzbots on this forum - 2nd DivisionVet comes to mind. There are others too, who lurk for the most part, but, still support this POS, nonetheless.

Come on, this is standard procedure in such a case for the president to extend Air Force one to the senator of the subject state (Texas) when there has been a tragedy, emergency or catastrophe there.
Perhaps we should take the complaints on this thread seriously if Pres. elect Trump declines to take the ride down Pennsylvania Avenue from the White House to the Capitol for the inauguration with outgoing president Barack Obama. If Trump declines to take that ride with Obama then the criticism on this thread will have been warranted, otherwise, a rank degree of hypocrisy thrives unabated here.

According to Boeing, the VC25 (Air Force One) is equipped with 4 General Electric CF6-80C2B1 turbofans, 56,700 lbf (250 kN) each, the critical question is:
Can those engines handle the weight of all that EGO on board?

Excellent summary: Cant endorse Trump. Can fly on a plane with a man whose words helped kill 5 police officers!

“a refusal would be classless on Senator Cruz’ part.”
You seriously have a warped idea of what “class” means.

This will make a great campaign ad for those who decide to run against Cruz for the Texas Senate seat.
The man, 0bama, who is personally responsible for the hostilities towards White Americans and Police Officers, Cruz decides to accept an invite from the agitator himself.
Ted Cruz just continues to disappoint. I hope the good people of Texas works to primary Cruz the next go round.

It's fitting that a Senator from Texas would accept an offer from the President for the memorial service in Dallas. IMO, a refusal would be classless on Senator Cruz' part. Rubbish.
Cruz could easily have arranged his own transportation to Dallas, instead of appearing to suck up to the man who arguably fanned the racist flames that led to the murder of the five officers.
I used to be a big Cruz supporter. I voted for him in my state primary and even sent him money for his campaign.
He has disappointed me in many ways since then, particularly by blaming Trump for the Chicago riot and by refusing to endorse Trump once he hit the delegate threshold.
But this outrageous display of support for the villanous Obama is just beyond the pale.
