In a dramatic exchange Thursday between Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) and FBI Director James Comey, the House Oversight Committee chairman announced he will formally request the FBI to investigate whether Hillary Clinton lied under oath to Congress.
Chaffetz asked him if the FBI had determined in its investigation that Clinton had lied.
“We have no basis to conclude that she lied to the FBI,” Comey said.

The Utah Republican then asked if the FBI had investigated whether Clinton perjured herself when addressing the server while testifying to Congress.

“Do you need a referral from Congress to investigate her statements under oath?” Chaffetz asked.
“We sure do,” Comey shot back.
“You’ll have one,” Chaffetz said with a laugh. “You’ll have one in the next few hours.”
BOOM!
Waste of time.
They asked Comey is she testified under oath and he said she lied but did not testify under oath.
I called Chaffez’s office about an hour ago and said”The American people want to know if she testified under oath.
Well they asked.

Well of course Hillary lied. She’s above the law.

You deserve a medal. It is not “they” who will determine the outcome of this, but us who will.
I also sent a couple questions to be asked, to my congressman. He will ask them.
She lied but she was too dumb to know lying under oath is a crime. Therefore she lacks intent. There, I just saved the taxpayers 10 million dollars
and I thought ex-Director Mueller was a stooge....
This nation is screwed if Hillary wins or not.
The problem is not that she repeatedly lied to the American people. A snake is a snake and a Clinton lies (like her husband, the perjurer).
The problem is that, as with her husband, the American people don’t seem to care very much.
We all know she is guilty as sin. They can show the evidence and play the videos and she will still get off. The Clinton Crime Family can get to anybody. Comey will probably be finding a horse’s head in his bed when he wakes up.
Yeah, he will decide she was careless in her statements, but there was no intent. So truthful or not she gets another pass.
Hillary may have gotten out of jail free but this issue may still cost her the election in November. And I’ll take that as a consolation prize.
