Justice Dept. closes Clinton email probe with no charges

WASHINGTON — Attorney General Loretta Lynch says the Hillary Clinton email investigation is being closed without any criminal charges.
Lynch announced the Justice Department decision Wednesday, one day after FBI Director James Comey recommended against any prosecution.

If Trump is elected, I guarantee you Obama will grant Crooked Hillary a full pardon for any and all possible crimes she may or may not have committed prior to the date of the pardon. Ford did it for Nixon.

Now here's the thing. What if Comey called a press conference tomorrow and announced that the FBI was recommending indictment of both Bill and Hillary in connection with criminal activity at the Clinton Foundation? THEN what would Lynch do? Of course, then we would regard Comey as both a genius and a hero.

It is still within the statute of limitations.
A finding by FBI that “torturers” did not break law did not stop Holder and Obama from re-opening cases against the CIA guys and psychologists who worked on enhanced interrogation techniques.
