CNN reports no charges against Hillary
Sources say announcement comes in 2 weeks following FBI interview
In the wake of Hillary Clintons interview with the FBI at the agencys headquarters in Washington, D.C. Saturday, CNN reports from unnamed sources that within the next two weeks or so, the expectation is there will be an announcement of no charges being brought against Clinton so long as no evidence of wrongdoing emerges from her interview with the FBI.
CNN has previously reported no charges were expected to be brought against Clinton, noted CNN, because the investigators had not found evidence to warrant charges, according to multiple law enforcement officials. A Democrat close to Clinton said Saturday the campaign believes the FBI will announce its decision before the conventions. Sources familiar with the investigation had previously told CNN the Justice Departments aim was to wrap up before the Republican and Democratic conventions later this month. The timing is crucial, because if Clinton were to be indicted before the convention, Democrats could perhaps nominate another candidate.
Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill confirmed the three and a half hour interview was voluntary. Secretary Clinton gave a voluntary interview this morning about her email arrangements while she was secretary, he said in a statement.
Clinton told MSNBCs Chuck Todd Saturday evening the interview was something I had been eager to do.
CNNs senior producer Edward Mejia Davis posted a tweet which contained a question to Clinton from MSNBCs Chuck Todd: There are news reports out there that indicate that no charges may be brought against you. Were you given that indication today that no charges will be filed? Are you confident that no charges will be filed?

Move on - Nothing to see here.
FBI Agents were only permitted by Loretta Lynch to ask Hillary about cookie recipes and Yoga positions.
“reports from unnamed sources”
From the Hillary campaign I’m sure.
reports from unnamed sources
That is what passes for journalism these days. Rumors and guesses.
And if Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell along with their Quisling, Lying Rat Bastards accomplices Trey Gowdy and Darrell Issa weren’t CORRUPT AND JUST AS GUILTY, they would ORDER THE FBI TO RELEASE THE ENTIRE INVESTIGATION TO THE PUBLIC, UN-REDACTED for EVERYONE TO SEE.
There are NO CLASSIFIED OR SECRET EMAILS REMEMBER, HILLARY SAID SO UNDER OATH!
Powerful people are protected.
Thus it has always been.
Ahh, there's the rub.
Without the rule of law we have no Republic.
"The bottom line for me is I respect the professionalism and integrity of the officials at the Department of Justice handling this process," she said.
"Chance encounter" Yeah, right.....
"Loretta Lynch and Bill Clintons Airport Chat: Chance Encounter or Another Scandal? "
<><> alleged epic corruption of the Clinton Foundation
<><> exorbitant speaking fees, more like payoffs and bribes;
<><> Hillary's shady tenure at the State Department ($6 billion went missing under her watch);
<><> lingering questions about the 2012 attacks in Benghazi;
<><> Hillary's insistence on the use of a private email server that undermined US ntl security;
<><> the nexus between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation (NOTE: the FBI says "selling access" was a major activity);
<><> Hillary's efforts to discredit and intimidate women involved with her husband.
What was on or not on her illegal email system is beside the point: It was against the law for a Federal employee to have a private server in lieu of keeping ALL documents on Federal servers.
THE MOST CORRUPT GOVERNMENT IN OUR NATIONS HISTORY.
Americans injured by this incident, are able to file suit under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
Historically, under the doctrine of sovereign immunity, you were not permitted to sue the king. Sovereign immunity has carried over to modern times in the form of a general rule that you cannot sue the government unless the government says you can.
Fortunately, the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) allows certain kinds of lawsuits against federal employees who are acting within the scope of their employment. And not doing their job to protect the US from high crimes and misdemeaners is one of them,
If you believe you may have a claim for negligence (careless conduct, or other wrongful or tortious conduct) against a federal agency or employee, you must first determine whether you can sue the federal government under the FTCA.
Although the limitations and exceptions are too numerous to review here, here are some general guidelines regarding the limitations on FTCA claims:
Only federal employees can be sued under the FTCA, not independent contractors hired by the federal government (unless they are treated like employees).
The negligent or wrongful conduct must have been done within the scope of the defendants employment.
In general, only claims of negligence as opposed to intentional misconduct are allowed (though some claims for intentional misconduct can be brought against certain federal law enforcement officers).
The claim must be based on and permitted by the law of the state in which the misconduct occurred.
Despite these and numerous other limitations on FTCA lawsuits, the federal government still pays out millions of dollars each year to compensate FTCA claims. Maybe it will get someones attention. And Ill bet I can find at least one hundred lawyers and a number of organizations that would like to get a piece of Uncle Sugar. Sources: Hillary Clinton Not Expected to Face Charges in Federal Email Probe
by J.D. Durkin | 6:18 pm, July 2nd, 2016
According to sources that are familiar with the FBIs investigation into Hillary Clintons use of a private email server, the former Secretary of State is not expected to face charges in the probe.
This, according to CNNs Senior Producer Edward Mejia Davis, who took to Twitter shortly ago to indicate the likely announcement of no charges:
If we are lucky enough to get trump in November I would hope that he will appoint a commission to finally prosecute and jail all them. If we dont make an example and set things straight we are doomed
