EXCLUSIVE: Security Source Details Bill Clinton Maneuver to Meet Loretta Lynch
Former president delayed Phoenix takeoff to snare '20-25 minute encounter' with Attorney General
An exclusive interview with a security source who was present at the unplanned meeting Monday night on a Phoenix tarmac between former President Bill Clinton and Attorney General Lorretta Lynch has shed additional light on an unusual summit that is embroiling the AG in charges of favoritism. As attorney general, Lynch heads the Department of Justice just as it is deciding whether to proceed with charges against Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email server during her tenure as President Obama’s secretary of state.
The source has decades of experience providing security to government officials. The source spoke to the Observer for 20 minutes and answered follow-up questions via text message on the condition that no further details be revealed, including even gender, given the possibility of losing his or her job as an active overseer of security arrangements. This person was on-hand for the entirety of the meeting and some of its aftermath.
According to this source, whose credentials were checked and confirmed by the Observer with sources inside both the FBI and the United States Secret Service, the attorney general was caught completely off guard by the meeting and the source dismisses suggestions that have been raised alleging that she waited there to see Bill Clinton or accommodated his request to see him. In fact, it seems from this source that it was Bill Clinton who was maneuvering for face time with the attorney general, because his plane had been scheduled to leave before hers arrived.

I agree. This “EXCLUSIVE” is a Govt leak of the version of the story they want us believe. It’s bs.
Lynch knew better. Clinton knew better. And the FBI agents traveling with her knew better. This is basic ‘prosecutor 101’ stuff...
Hard to believe that Lynch, head of DOJ, was traveling without aide-de-camp or whatever that title is. Even for a speaking engagement she would have someone along to field phone calls, emails, calendar, all the things a high level administrative assistant takes care of, as well as being a sounding board.
Such a person, presumably a lawyer, would have physically blocked old Bill at the plane hatch and said, “ No and hell no, you are not boarding the plane, you are not seeing or speaking to the Atty General period, full stop!” and ordered the AG FBI protection agents to prevent access and physically escort Bill back to where he came from.
It beggars belief that Bill merely strolled over unannounced via phone or underling approaching Lynch’s security entourage. That first point of contact should have been a shoving match between protective details with guns drawn by Lynch’s people.
Had any DOJ atty. had such an unscheduled contact with a potential defendant, that contact would have been immediately written up for file and an immediate face to face meeting with next tier up official. Where are Lynch’s memo to file, memo to her boss, the POTUS?

Clinton approached the agent and after some small talk, he asked the agent how his wife and kids were…...They had never actually talked before.

They were under FBI surveillance. Neither knew they were present and the FBI held people back and let it happen so as to not spook them.
Many years ago, we could bounce a laser off of a window and monitor the conversations going on inside. Surely technological evolution did not stop there.
Had to be something that could only be done face to face, one on one, no witnesses so he said/she said condition existed....bribe....threat, blackmail revelation or fatal... passing of documents via thumbdrive or micro sdhc chip as used in phones. My best guesses at the moment.
So isn’t this grounds to call Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch and any Secret Service and FBI agents present to testify under oath as to the circumstances and content of this meeting?
