House Speaker Paul Ryan on Thursday reacted to the Democratic sit-in on the floor of the House of Representatives over gun control by saying: I dont think this should be a very proud moment for democracy or the people who staged these stunts.
In his weekly press conference at the Capitol, Ryan said: This is the peoples house. This is Congress, the House of Representatives, the oldest democracy in the world, and theyre descending it into chaos.

Dear Dumbass Ryan. You need to go back to Civics 101. Unless congress recently changed something, this ain't a democracy. And some folks wonder why we're in trouble.

Why hasn't Ryan used the Capitol Police to escort them out? They don't have the floor?
Why hasn't he turned off the lights, closed the door, turned off the AC and all electricity and let them rot in the dark?
Is it because he is a pus*y? Or a Democrat himself?

Personally, I think this stunt was pulled to distract attention for Trump having taken a blowtorch to Clinton’s a$$, and her failed response, and Ryan went along with that goal.

Maybe Ryan, and the rest of the Rs should stop acting like a cute little puppy to the Ds and stop rolling over on their tummy to get a little tummy rub.

The “stunt” was a test of the political will of the opponents. The Democrats won the stage show. Rules of the House aren’t enforced.

Oh, well, that old goat - the civil rights one - would probably stage a heart attack a la Red Foxx and we’d be faced with video of him being removed on a gurney. But turning off the lights might work.
And you’re right about Ryan. Boy, is he an embarrassment.

This sit in nonsense isn’t evidence of Ryan’s lack of wits but the Democrats’. They are doing as they’ve always done: as when they held unofficial show “hearings” in the past ... just sillier.
Let the so-called “progressives” act up.
You know they are nitwits.
Their supporters never will.
But letting them act like nitwits in a very public manner also let’s them have opportunity to ver publicly forget to hide who they really are.

The Democrat sit-in in the chambers of the U.S. House of Representatives is one of the practical outcomes of Saul Alinsky's socialist philosophy and methodologies.
That is, supposed adult human beings returning to the temper tantrums of childhood.
And the Democrats wonder why the adults won't follow them.

Truth be known, Lyn’ Ryan is no PROUD MOMENT either.
The pseudo GOP members should have walked out the door, barred the doors from the outside and waited to see the turmoil begin much like that which happened in the Milwaukee hallowed halls some time back. How did that turn out?
Millions of dollars in damages, and once again, who paid for compensation?
