Facebook is adding a training program for its employees to address concerns that the company has a bias against conservatives.

Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook’s chief operating officer, announced the addition of a “political bias” section to the company’s managing unconscious bias class during a Wednesday event at the American Enterprise Institute.

The problem begins much earlier than at Facebook and other employers. Liberals took over the public education system decades ago, and have been indoctrinating children into socialist fantasy from their first day of school. Conservatives have seemingly given in to this without a fight - home-schooling might work for one's own kids, but they will grow into adults who have to live in a society filled with people who've had their heads filled with left-wing babble since childhood.

And that's the society we live in now. Too many adults these days simply view all things through the liberal lens they've had since kindergarten. Even if Facebook and other employers are sincere about correcting their left-wing bias (and I'm skeptical), the fact remains that the bias exists.
