CHARLOTTE, NC (WWBT) - A veteran of the NASCAR circuit and his daughter are recovering at a North Carolina hospital after they were allegedly attacked outside a concert in Charlotte.
According to a post shared by former NASCAR driver Kenny Wallace on Twitter, his brother and fellow NASCAR driver Mike Wallace, along with Mike's daughter Lindsay were beaten as they were leaving a Rascal Flatts concert in Charlotte at the PNC Amphitheater Friday evening.
Kenny went on to say that the men "continued to kick Mike in the face while Mike was 'knocked out'" in a series of tweets Sunday afternoon.

Obviously, he and his daughter were attacked by members of a local VIP family (public corruption).
These three punks did not think that kicking the little girl would not stir up:
1. Relatives who are totally pissed off that .....
2. Old and loyal crew mwmbers who know how to use a tire iron
3. loyal NASCAR fans who are so pissed off they kicked a little girl that they will feed them to alligators.

Hmmm...no justice from the judicial and those who assaulted two people in a felonious manner and attempted murder on the loose with tiny bonds. Quite a few decades ago, some judges said that their courts were for the purpose of preventing people from settling such matters on their own. Don’t hear that any more.

Charlotte police spokesperson Keith Trietley said in an email to USA TODAY Sports that three men were arrested: Paul Lucas (29), Nathan Lucas (22) and Randolph Mangum (24). According to the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s website, each were charged with simple assault and each had posted $1,000 bond.
